FAQ's



Q: Why can I only see the log in page regardless of which links I click on?

A: You must be logged in to access the Training pages

Q: I want to register for this training, how do I do it?

A: You will need to register with your company Administrator for EFET on-line Back Office Training.

Q: How do I find out who my company Admistrator for this training is?

A: Ask your colleagues, or contact us.

Q: How do I know that I am logged in?

A: When you are logged in your name is displayed in the black bar on the left after WELCOME:

Q: How do I change my password?

A: Click My Account then change password. Type in your old password followed by your new password. Then click the 'Change' button

Q: What do I do if I cannot remember my password?

A: Click the 'Forgot password' link on the login screen. Enter your email address and click 'Send'. Your password will be emailed to you.

Q: I have tried to login but my details do not work. Why is this?

A: Your account may have been deactivated. Contact your company administrator.

Q: How do I log out?

A: Click 'logout' to the right of your name on the black bar.
